For insurance purposes, every player & coach need to registered through Heart of America Volleyball. Players & coaches who participated in the current club season, will need to add the boys high school membership to their account. This will be added free of charge once the club assignment is accepted and the proper membership is chosen. Non-club coach memberships is $30. $16 ($2 goes to HOA & $14 to USAV) for the membership & then a separate $14 charge for the background screen. Non-club players will pay $15 for their membership ($1 to HOA & $14 to USAV). All league memebrships will be available starting January 2, 2024.

When the club assignment is accepted, it will prompt a membership to be purchased (or added to the account of a current club player). It is important that the player selects one of the following memberships when going through the registration:

Correct membership: 23-24 HOA-H8 HS Boys Player – SafeSport Required

Correct membership: 23-24 HOA-H3 HS Boys Player

Wrong membership: 23-24 HOA-F3 Junior 17 & Under Player

Wrong membership: 23-24 HOA-F8 Junior 18U Player – SafeSport Required

Wrong membership: 23-24 HOA-F1 Adult Player

Coach Memberships: Coaches will need to be sent a club assignment request from their Team rep in order to purchase their membership. When the club assignment is accepted, it will prompt a membership to be purchased (or added to the account of a current club coach). It is important that the coach selects the correct memberships when going through the registration:

Wrong membership: 23-24 HOA-F1 Adult Player

*18 year old players are require to complete the Safesport clinic, which will be available to complete in the registration system once the membership is paid for. The Safesport clinic needs to be completed before the player can be added to a roster.

** Coaches are required to have a background screened, safesport certified, & Impact certified. These are available to complete in the registration once membership is paid for. Coaches need to have these completed before they can be added to the roster. Background screens take an average of 5-7 business days to be completed.
